Privacy Policy

Version 2026-09-v3

Who is responsible for your data

Sing Along Spain is a demand-validation project exploring a potential future event in Madrid. The data controller for information collected through this website is:

What data we collect

When you join the interest list, we collect your first name, last name and email address. We may also collect basic information about how you found this website (for example, which link or campaign brought you here), where available.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your details to register your interest in Sing Along Spain, to contact you about Sing Along Spain and the potential Madrid event, and to let you know if or when a first event is confirmed or announced.

Our legal basis for this processing is your consent: by submitting the interest form, you are actively and knowingly asking to join this list and to receive these communications.

Sing Along Spain is currently being explored and validated. Registering your interest does not mean an event is already confirmed, and November is an intended, exploratory period rather than a confirmed date.

Who else handles your data

We use Brevo to manage the Sing Along Spain contact list and send related communications, and Firebase/Firestore to store your registration securely. These providers process your data only as necessary to provide these services to us.

How your data is used

The details you submit through this form are used specifically for Sing Along Spain communications, and are not used for unrelated marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as reasonably necessary to validate the Sing Along Spain concept, communicate with you about it and the potential Madrid event, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. We have not defined a fixed retention period; if this project does not move forward, or once your data is no longer needed for these purposes, it will be deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law, you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability where applicable.

Because our processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time — for example, by asking us to stop contacting you or to delete your details. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@junto-app.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you believe your data has not been handled properly.

We do not sell your data

Personal data collected through this form is not sold to third parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy where necessary as this project develops. The current version will always be available on this page.
